Please increase the number of actions allowed in the timer.

The number of actions can be added by press the “+” button at the bottom of the screen.
You are free to sort the actions as well. There are no limitations on the number of actions you can have.

The exercise insert location keeps putting the exercise in the beginning of the workout and i have to manually move to the end. is there a way to automatically insert following the last exercise

Is there a way to set up the workout on my laptop and then transfer it to my phone? Also when I add an excersise to the workout it inputs it in the beginning after the warm up. Is there a way to pick where I add the excersise in the workout?

I don’t see any other way to email you. I have not seen any email address listed any where.

I cannot seem to figure out how your Sets work.

I have a three step up warm up (set as Prep), my HIIT workout, and then a three step cool down (set as Prep).

I then set the HIIT workout portion up as just 1 workout and 1 rest with 8 sets it went through the entire workout never repeated till after my cool down (prep) and repeated the entire workout including the warm ups and cool downs.

Is there a way you can get it so you can Choose what portion of the workout to repeat for the sets? Like a checkbox for include in sets and everything else a one time deal?

Love this app. I seriously do. And just about tried every other interval timer apps crawling over the marketplace. Having said that, I believe this app can be so much better. A few problems I faced with this app:

Three days after I purchased this app, it goes berserk on me and kept force closing every time I tried to open it. Reinstalling did fix the issue but I lost all of my profiles. And there were fifteen such profiles. Lucky me for actively using Titanium Backup. So a backup/restore feature in the app would prove handy.

Another minor annoyance I faced rather occasionally was the app adding my created interval at the top of the list, right below Warm Up. Had to manually shift the added intervals down the list.

The Sets thing at first had me stumped. While taking the whole profile as a set is useful in some cases, having sets of individual exercises would be helpful too.

Also it would be nice to group certain profiles or create a super set so to speak, with the ability to reorder them.

That being said — your app has made my life a hell lot easier, my time more manageable, and working out truly enjoyable.

P.S. I generally don’t go public like this, but I couldn’t find an email address to get in touch with you.

First, is anyone actually working on this app or is anyone watching this website? No email link was found.

I want to be able to store my routine on my card and find it when I need to update something. The problem I had was with the gingerbread update, I had to re-enter all my routines again.
